an awesome stay!
spacious room friendly staff good parking buffet style
i loved the spacious room, perfect after a long journey. the staff was friendly, especially during check-in. the hotel's surrounding areas offered good parking, a super plus for me. breakfast had a great selection with buffet style and high food quality.
The room had some minor lighting issues. A couple of bulbs weren't working though the problem was resolved quickly.

breakfast included a buffet, stocked with good quality food choices for everyone, the buffet presentation was well organised. gluten-free options were available at dinner, a detail i appreciate when dining.

The room was spacious with refreshments readily available. Tea and coffee making facilities were included. the bed was comfy, and the shower worked wonderfully.

The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings, it is amid a golf course. this setup makes it a perfect location. The environment is very serene and very quiet and peaceful.

ripped curtains significant gap
The location of the hotel is convenient.
My room was quite dated. The curtains were ripped and did not meet in the middle. This left a significant gap, letting light in. That was an issue.

historical feel interior paneling well-kept gardens missing elevator many stairs missing drinking water
The building had a historical feel, complete with interior paneling. The gardens surrounding the area were beautiful and well kept. The family suite was large and clean (a real treat for us).
I found the lack of an elevator inconvenient. There were many stairs to navigate (especially with luggage). My room had no drinking water and no tissues were provided.

clean room comfortable bed luxury product
the room was exquisitely decorated and very clean. the beds, pillows, and bed linen were very comfortable. the shower and toilet were clean (everything was perfect) and in good repair with luxury products.
some areas was dated.
